How we measure success

Our success is tied to that of our students. We gauge our success when students show excitement and enthusiasm for what we are teaching. We know students are learning when they are able to formulate insightful questions and can use what they have learned outside the classroom or on other projects. We feel successful when we see students’ progress in their comprehension of the subject matter and their ability to apply it. A key indicator of success is when students become independent and are able to help others. Ultimately we want students to have the skills and confidence to dream up and create on their own. Because we are providing a service we also gauge our success through positive feedback from students and their parents.
